Here is the data reported to us by Dr. G.K. Batra of Biosystems Inc., in the report of their testing of the sample we submitted to them for testing per the ASTM 5338 protocol for testing aerobic biodegradation of plastics:

Earth Nurture has been required to remove the test results previously published at this link, despite having paid for these test results and despite have quoted them fully, completely, and without editing them. The document previously quoted at this link was removed due to a copyright claim by GK Batra, PhD., Technical Director of Biosystems, Inc. Biosystems Inc. asserts that test reports paid for by clients of Biosystems Inc., are not the property of the clients who paid for them. As a result of this astonishing assertion that Earth Nurture does not own the report it paid for, Earth Nurture will not use the services of this laboratory again, and Earth Nurture cannot recommend the services of this company to others.
